Why is hope important in our lives?

It can move us forward for all that we strive

It may seem like an intangible thing

Believe in Hope and it will make your heart sing

Hope taps into your inner spark

It gives us light and keeps us out of the dark

In the light is where we always want to be

Opening us up so we can truly see

Without hope where would we be?

Like a lost buzzing bumble be!

When we have hope under our belt

We can stand up tall and we will not melt

So as I write this poem to you tonight

I say to you never give up the fight!

Better times can be around the corner for you

With a little perseverance and a good dose of hope too!
