Friendship is a special thing

When you have a good friend you just want to sing

When we have found this jewel in our lives

It makes us happy and we feel alive

  Cherish the time you have with a friend that you love

It may have been written in the stars above

You never know where it will lead

Once you have planted this emotional seed

It is a wise investment, indeed

Let it play out

Without a doubt

Friendship love is a special emotion to be found

It warms us and helps keep our feet on the ground

It can come from any place in our lives, I say

So when you have a special friendship treat it well
