My Thoughts and Feelings About Poetry

I find great joy in the creative process. To me, Poetry Writing is a gift to share with all. When I create Poetry it is as though a birth of feelings and ideas of positive energy flows out. Poetry Writing comes back to me many times over. It gives me great satisfaction and touches my soul. It makes me feel at one with myself. I am reminded of the following quote by Gandhi: “Happiness is when what you think, what you say and what do are all in harmony.” I strive to write my poetry in harmony and to wear my heart on my sleeve.
